Hawaii Layout

I've really been depending on sketches a lot so decided to see what I could throw together on my own tonight. I have been wanting to scrap some of Alyssa's Hawaii pictures but needed to wait until she was ready. I think she's finally at that place.

This sentiment (from the CTMH stamp set is Adventure) is such a good reminder!

Unscripted Sketches 15 and "scrap" cards

Today was a pretty mellow day - but I didn't get much crafting done. Saturday means Unscripted Sketches, which I really look forward to. I love the sketches and the designers are so nice. Here's my take on sketch 15 :
My friend Theda just organized her new craft room...which reminded me just how chaotic mine is. While attempting some tidying last night, I used some scraps and die cuts to put together a couple of cards:

You can't tell from the photo, but I sprayed the die cut frame with shimmer mist (I went shopping at Archivers last night...I can't wait to try some of my new finds!)

Letter to my friend...mojo 95

It was somewhat of an emotionally exhausting day today, but I still scrounged up a bit of the muse to complete the Mojo 95 challenge. Now I'm going to keep myself awake for another hour until I need to go pick kids up from the bowling alley. I should use the time to clean my craft room but I think I'll watch a movie with Elizabeth instead :-)
